      FROM THE FRIDGE

       

      1. Open the lid and rest on the container

      2. Cook on high for 7 minutes

      3. Remove container from the oven carefully and rest for 2 minutes to check meal is hot throughout before plating. if not return to the oven for further 2 minutes until desired temperature is achieved.

       

      FROM THE FREEZER

       

      1. Cook on medium heat for 10 minutes with closed lid
      2. Carefully open the lid and rest on the container
      3. Cook on high for 7 minutes
      4. Remove container from the oven carefully and rest for 2 minutes to check meal is hot throughout before plating.
      5. IF NOT return to the oven for further 2 minutes until desired temperature is achieved.
